Ingredients


  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt.

  • ½ cup orange juice.

  • 1 medium mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 cup) (or substitute frozen mango chucks)

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries & blueberries)

  • ½ cup medium banana

  • ½ cup teaspoon pure vanilla extract.


Directions


Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. Place the yogurt, juice, mango, mixed berries, banana and vanilla extract in a blender with a few ice cubes.

  2. Pulse to emulsify

  3. Pour mix into a drinking class of your choice.
