1 cup plain nonfat yogurt.
½ cup orange juice.
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 cup) (or substitute frozen mango chucks)
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries & blueberries)
½ cup medium banana
½ cup teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Directions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
Place the yogurt, juice, mango, mixed berries, banana and vanilla extract in a blender with a few ice cubes.
Pulse to emulsify
